New Processes for Travel Management- Concur

Minneapolis Public Schools has partnered with Concur Technologies to provide MPS staff and students with an online travel and expense management solution. Concur will be used to electronically process travel bookings and reimbursements. The Concur tools will help all areas of the district to eliminate paper, simplify processes, and reduce reimbursement times. Over the next few weeks, we will be providing more detailed information regarding the Concur implementation and rollout schedule. Pilot groups have been very helpful in testing out processes, and we will begin the training phase for the first rollout groups. We will continue to keep you up-to-date as we go. You can expect to hear from us in advance of the rollout for your department.
